Returns & Exchange
For full price items
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the item is not suitable you may return or exchange any full priced item purchased online within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unused, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with their original labels and are deemed saleable.
For Sale Items
Please choose carefully when purchasing from our online store, refunds will not be issued for sale items. Exchanges or online credit notes will be issued for incorrect size. All exchanges need to be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Refunds will only be considered if the garment is deemed faulty. *Please refer to the instructions provided below for how to return your goods.
To Return an Item
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and will gladly accommodate hassle free returns within 7 days of receipt where the full price products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
If you would like to return an item:
1. Please e-mail us at customercare@caravanco.com.au quoting you order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange.
2. Specify whether you would like a refund, store credit or exchange.
3. Once your return has been approved, please send them to our returns address below

4. Package your items (ideally in the original satchel sent to you) and drop off at your nearest post office. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We advise using a tracking service in order to safely ensure the return of goods.
5. Once received, your return (refund/credit/exchange) will be processed within 6 business days.
Faulty Goods
We will provide a repair, exchange, replacement or refund for faulty goods. Goods are classified as faulty at the discretion of Caravan + Co, provided:
- They are damaged when the customer receives them.
- Show a manufacturing fault within 3 months.
- No alterations have been made by the customer.
To return faulty goods please follow the mail instructions as listed above
Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed at our head office in Victoria. In the instance that there is a balance owing as a result of the exchange this balance will need to be paid in full to complete the transaction.
Refunds
Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be processed – your patience is greatly appreciated. The original payment method will be refunded in full (excluding any shipping costs associated with the order) for the value of the item(s) for which the refund has been approved. Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account depending on your bank. In the instance where a credit note was the original method of payment - a credit note will be issued. In the instance where a Gift Voucher was the original method of payment - a gift voucher will be issued.
